By using this site — browsing show listings, submitting a booking inquiry, or placing a merchandise order — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this site for your own personal or business purposes related to booking, attending, or learning about Farrell Dillon's performances. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to access the private administrator area, scrape or overload the site, or interfere with how it works for other people.

The performance photography, video, show descriptions, logo, and written content on this site are owned by Farrell Dillon Comedy Magic or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to pages on this site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the images or video for commercial purposes — including promoting your own event — without written permission.

Television network names, venue names, and other third-party marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe verifiable performance credits, not to imply endorsement.

Upcoming show dates, venues, times, and on-sale status are pulled automatically from Ticketmaster and refreshed twice daily. Details can change or sell out between refreshes. Listings on this site are informational; the ticket seller's page is the authoritative source. Ticket purchases, fees, exchanges, and refunds are handled by that seller under their terms — we are not a party to that transaction.

Submitting a booking inquiry does not reserve a date and does not create a booking. It starts a conversation. A date is only held once we have agreed on terms in writing through a separate performance agreement. Fees, travel, technical requirements, and cancellation terms are set in that agreement, not on this site.

• Order acceptance: placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and we will tell you if we do.
• Pricing: prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. Applicable tax and shipping are confirmed with you before payment.
• Payment: no payment is taken on this website. After you place an order, we contact you to arrange payment and confirm shipping.
• Shipping: orders ship from the United States, typically within 2–3 business days of payment. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• Returns: unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
• Cancellations: you may cancel an order at any time before it ships.
• Signed items: items signed at shows or on request are sold as-is; small variations in signature placement are not a defect.

This site links to Ticketmaster, YouTube, social media, review sites, and venue pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep show information, prices, and descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current, or error-free, and the site may be unavailable at times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Farrell Dillon Comedy Magic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed performance agreement, which governs the engagement itself.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
